SERIES
Community: When new episodes of this intelligent comedy return, Shirley’s (Yvette Nicole Brown) ex, Andre (Malcolm-Jamal Warner), asks her to remarry him (8 p.m. NBC).
Missing: Ashley Judd stars in this action-packed new drama series as an ex-CIA agent, whose son (Nick Eversman) vanishes (8 p.m. ABC).
American Idol: Contestants face elimination (8 p.m. Fox).
Project Runway All Stars: In the opening of the two-part season finale, the remaining contestants create a signature collection for a red-carpet runway show — in three days. The conclusion airs next Thursday (9 p.m. Lifetime).
The First 48: Missing Persons: Returning for a new season, this series follows detectives as they investigate disappearances (10 p.m. A&E).
Sweet Genius: The premiere of this new cooking show looks at chocolate desserts, a spicy drink mix and strange-looking citrus fruit (10 p.m. Food).
Jersey Shore: The season ends here. And there may not be a sixth season, but at least one spinoff is on the way: “The Pauly D Project” is set to premiere March 29 (10 p.m. MTV).
