Glendora: Ronson Edgerly, 20

Ronson Edgerly, a 20-year-old white man, died after he was shot several times on Monday, April 20, in the 300 block of East Bennett in Glendora, according to Glendora police.

[Update: An earlier version of this post reported that Edgerly was shot in the 400 block of North Wabash Avenue in Glendora, according to the Los Angeles County coroner. In fact, the shooting took place in front of a home about a block from that location, law enforcement officials said.]

Zachary Flanders, 19, has been charged with Edgerly’s murder. Flanders is also charged with one count of attempted murder and two counts of second-degree robbery, according to the Los Angeles Count District Attorney’s office. He is scheduled to be arraigned May 14.

The San Gabriel Valley Tribune reported that Edgerly was shot after he got into an argument with Flanders at a party.
