Girls’ basketball: Taft 26, Chatsworth 26 at halftime

The City Section Division I girls’ basketball championship game between Taft and Chatsworth is tied, 26-26, at halftime at the Galen Center.

The two West Valley League rivals split their two league meetings, so it’s no surprise the game is close. Taft has made three three-pointers. McDonald’s All-American Gennifer Brandon of Chatsworth has scored nine points.
