What is Venice doing throwing the ball?

Gondoliers quarterback Dean Sarabia has thrown five passes. Four have gone for touchdowns, and Venice has a 39-0 lead over Locke with 11 minutes 34 seconds left in the second quarter.

Making matters worse, the Gondoliers went for an onside kick on the next play. Locke got it.

Sarabia isn’t throwing short passes that happen to go for scores; he’s totally airing it out. This is a sad display.
