The Dublin, Calif.-based company did not disclose the price of the cash transaction, which involved 31 Honey’s stores, headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., and 46 Checker Auto Parts Stores (34 in Dallas-Fort Worth, five in Amarillo, Tex., and seven in Oklahoma).
