Artist Donates Painting

South Bay artist Paul Bouchard has donated one of his watercolor paintings to the Angels Gate Cultural Center. The painting is part of his current collection on the symbolism of flags. Bouchard is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach. His paintings are on display in the rental galleries of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
