Caltech and the National Science Foundation will dedicate an array of three high-frequency radio telescopes on May 4 at the Owens Valley Radio Observatory in a mountain valley near Bishop, a Caltech spokesman announced. The three telescopes, each 10.4 meters in diameter, can be arranged so they combine to act as a single 300-meter instrument.
