Michael Falabrino, a member of the San Gabriel City Council for more than 20 years, will be honored as San Gabriel’s Citizen of the Year at a 6:30 p.m. banquet Friday at the San Gabriel Country Club. The award, given by the Rotary Club, is based on leadership and service to the community.
