Dog-Cat Law Changed:Fullerton animal lovers who already have three dogs and who have at least 10,000 square feet of living space may now have a fourth dog. At the same time, the total number of animals allowed per household will now be four rather than six. The changes were made by the City Council on Tuesday. Paul Dudley, city development services director, said that residents who already have six animals will not be penalized by the changes. And pet owners still can keep their dogs’ and cats’ litters until the offspring reach four months.
