Louis E. Zellers, president of Modesto Junior College, has been named president/superintendent of Citrus College in Glendora. Zellers, 50, replaces Dan Angel, who resigned to become president of Austin Community College in Texas. Zellers previously served as vice president of Clark College in Vancouver, Wash. He graduated from Purdue University and earned a master’s degree at Indiana University and a doctorate in education from Brigham Young University.
