South Korea’s National Assembly accepted a North Korean proposal for talks between legislators of the two Koreas, and sent a message suggesting a meeting in July to work out details. If the meeting takes place, it would be the third channel of dialogue between north and south, which already have started talks between Red Cross and other delegations.
