An Anaheim man suffered cuts on his hands and stomach when allegedly assaulted by two men, one armed with a machete, in a driving dispute Sunday evening in the 2900 block of Harbor Boulevard in Costa Mesa, police said. William Mosely, 22, was treated and released from Costa Mesa Medical Center Hospital following the 7 p.m. incident. Phuoc Nguyen, 21, and Luong Nguyen, 24, both of Costa Mesa, are being charged with assault with a deadly weapon, police said.
