Garry M. Jenkins has been appointed special agent in charge of the Los Angeles field office of the Secret Service. Jenkins, 49, had previously served as head of the Secret Service’s uniformed forces and firearms training branch in Beltsville, Md. He will supervise offices in Las Vegas, Santa Ana, Santa Barbara and Riverside, as well as Los Angeles.
