Brown’s Views on Supreme Court

Comes now the advocate for the defendant, former Gov. Brown, to speak for the beleaguered California Supreme Court, with a carefully researched and crafted treatise on the position of the judiciary in our system of checks and balances.

I am undecided how to cast my vote on this issue (to reseat or unseat), and it is pleasant to have an intelligent source of reason for information besides the witch hunters preoccupied with the death penalty. Hopefully, Brown’s participation will raise the level of discussion as the jousting continues throughout the year. It would be helpful for the undecided voter if the opposition could step into his arena with calm, facts and reasoning to the contrary.
