Chapman Men Win in Tennis

Chapman College, the nation’s No. 1 Division II men’s tennis team, defeated Richmond Wednesday, 6-0, at Orange. The Panthers (11-4) were led by No. 1 singles player Troy Turnbull, who defeated Mike Geiger 4-6, 6-3, 6-2.
Olivier Amerlinck, Chapman’s No. 4 player, won his ninth straight singles match by defeating Brandon Carrey 6-1, 6-1. Amerlinck, a freshman from Belgium, is 12-2.
