William H. Millard, founder of the ComputerLand chain of personal computer stores, has been appointed to the board of PNB Financial Group, the holding company for Pacific National Bank in Newport Beach. Millard, 53, of Oakland, is chairman and chief executive officer of IMS Associates Inc., the holding company for ComputerLand Corp., GreatWest Technologies Inc. and several ventures outside the computer industry.
