Chemical Explosion Razes Building; Area Evacuated

HEBRON, Ohio — A container of benzoyl peroxide exploded in a storage building early Monday, leveling the building and forcing the evacuation of 60 residents for about 90 minutes, authorities said. One firefighter was treated at a hospital for muscle strain.
