Arthur E. Rockwell has become primary spokesman to the financial community for Turner Broadcasting System, while holding the position of vice president-corporate relations at Turner’s new wholly owned subsidiary, MGM Entertainment.
Rockwell, who joined the predecessor MGM/UA Entertainment in December, 1983, is an economist and financial analyst specializing in the entertainment, broadcasting and cable television industries. He will report directly to William C. Bevins, vice president and chief financial officer of Turner Broadcasting. In addition to investor relations, Rockwell is in charge of the MGM Political Action Committee as treasurer. He also handles special projects for MGM top management.
