WASHINGTON — The White House said it received 1,315 telephone calls Monday evening in the hour after President Reagan appeared on nationwide television to discuss the U.S. bombing of Libyan targets. Of the calls, 940 were positive and 375 were negative, White House spokesman Peter Roussel said.
