Building-Limits Initiative

The Reasonable Limits Initiative, which would cut in half the allowable size of commercial buildings adjacent to residential neighborhoods, has the full support of the Van Nuys Homeowners Assn. We are actively involved in collecting signatures for the petition to qualify it for the November ballot.
The charge by Robertson that this is a cause championed only by the affluent elite should be laid to rest since in fact we, the non-affluent in Van Nuys, are in favor of it.
The passage of this initiative will benefit anyone who values the little bit of elbow room we have left.
