O’Rourke Opposes Cuomo

RYE BROOK, N.Y. — Andrew O’Rourke, the chief executive of Westchester County, announced Wednesday that he will oppose Gov. Mario M. Cuomo in his bid for reelection. The announcement followed weeks of endorsements from Republicans as high as Vice President George Bush.
