An OPEC meeting ended without an agreement.

The meeting, which was held in Geneva, ended with no final decision on a comprehensive strategy for reversing the collapse of oil prices, cartel officials said. Arturo Hernandez Grisanti, president of OPEC, said 10 of the 13 member nations agreed to gradually lower their oil production starting in July. But he also said there was no agreement on the more important question of how an official production ceiling would be divided.
