Piazza San Marino, a development of the Clients Development Corp., opens today with 27 condominiums, including town houses, at 17800 Burbank Blvd., Encino.
Priced from $86,950 to $139,950, the homes are available in four floor plans with 800 to 1,400 square feet, one or two bedrooms, one and 2 1/2 baths, angled walls, archways, wood-burning fireplaces, ceramic tile entries and tile roofs.
