Kearny Mesa Shopping Project Under Way

An October completion is scheduled for the $4.9-million Kearny Village Shopping Center being built by Asset Development at California 163 and Armour Street in the Kearny Mesa section of San Diego.
Oreman Associates is the architect for the 1.78-acre project and the general contractor is Collins General Contractors. The Rancho Bernardo office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services is the leasing agent.
