Private Park Is Feature of Ontario Tract

A private park is featured in Lewis Homes-Ontario, a 64-unit development of three-bedroom, single-family houses opening today in the southern part of Ontario.
Three one-story floor plans have 1,227 to 1,383 square feet of space and are priced from $95,950 to $109,950. Features include two-car garages, some with bonus areas, a den in one plan, tile roofs, covered front porches, rear and side yard fencing, air conditioning, wood-burning fireplaces, sloped ceilings and indoor laundry areas in some plans.
A monthly homeowners association fee of $37.16 pays for upkeep of the park. First move-ins in the development are scheduled for August.
Three furnished models are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday) daily except Wednesday at 2205 Walker Ave., reached from the northbound Grove Avenue exit of the Pomona (60) Freeway.
