The World Boxing Assn. ordered three of its new champions to fight the No. 1 challengers in their divisions within a period of 120 days.
Notices were sent to Brian Mitchell of South Africa, junior lightweight champion; Lloyd Honeyghan of Britain, welterweight champion, and Puerto Rican Edwin Rosario, lightweight champion.
