Sam Anno, a senior USC inside linebacker, will undergo surgery today at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena to repair torn ligaments in his left knee. He is most likely lost for the season.
Anno was injured in the second half of USC’s 34-14 loss to Washington State Saturday in Pullman, Wash. A two-year starter, Anno calls the signals on defense.
