A 285,000-square-foot, mixed-use business park called “Airporter Square” is planned on the northeast corner of Archibald Avenue and G Street, at the future entrance of the Ontario International Airport’s new terminals.
Golden West Equity Properties, an Anaheim-based commercial real estate developer, purchased 18 acres for the project at a cost of about $4.7 million from Richard Meyer of Anaheim through Cushman & Wakefield. Construction is expected to begin on the first phase this winter with completion in the spring.
