Angelica Estates Homes Will Feature 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths

Angelica Estates, a development of 17 single-family homes in La Verne, opens today at prices from $235,000 to $285,000.
A project of Kovalsky Development Co., the homes will range in size from 2,325 to 3,148 square feet. Each home will have four bedrooms and three baths, a ceramic-tile entry, two or three fireplaces, a greenhouse window, instant hot water dispenser, breakfast nook, concrete tile roof, and three-car garage.
Some plans provide circular stairways with open views of the living room, master-bedroom suites with fireplaces and balconies, second-floor galleries and maid’s quarters. Exterior styles available include rustic, Tudor and Spanish.
Ontario-based South Shores Sales Inc. is handling sales, and move-ins are scheduled within 30 to 45 days.
A model with sales office is open daily from 11 a.m. to dusk at 5102 Via de Valle, reached from the Foothill Boulevard exit of the Foothill (210) Freeway.
