Servite 41, St. Bernard 0--Friar quarterback Jason Messersmith completed 11 of 21 passes for 191 yards and 2 touchdowns to lead Servite to a victory over the Vikings before 3,000 at Gahr High School.
Messersmith teamed with receiver Nick-John Haiduc on touchdown passes of 32 and 51 yards in the third quarter to put the game out of reach. Derek Brown rushed for 129 yards in 12 carries and scored on runs of 3 and 65 yards.
