Fatal Shooting of Man, Wife in Fight Reported

A man shot and killed his estranged wife inside a Walnut Park area bridal shop in a marital dispute Saturday night, and then committed suicide by shooting himself, authorities said.
The couple, whose names and ages were not immediately released, were both found dead at 8 p.m. in the Exclusive Bridal Shop, where the woman worked, a Los Angeles County sheriff’s spokesman said.
The bodies were found by members of the county’s Special Weapons and Tactics team who had responded to a report on a barricaded suspect holding a woman hostage.
