Only about 200 spectators turned out to see the marching bands and patriotic displays in West Hollywood’s second annual Veteran’s Day Parade. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Sgt. Arvie Sherman blamed lack of publicity for the smallness of the crowd--only about one-tenth of the 2,000 who lined the route last year.
