Golden West 2nd in Volleyball Tournament

Golden West College finished second in the College of the Sequoias volleyball tournament Sunday, losing to Cuesta, 15-11, 15-10, 15-8, in the final.
The Rustlers advanced to the final by defeating Sequoias, 15-4, 10-15, 16-14, 4-15, 15-8 earlier in the day.
In the two matches, Dionne Powers had 24 kills and 9 blocks and teammate Kathy Wissman added 21 kills and 10 blocks.
