Gorbachev to Visit India

NEW DELHI — India announced Thursday that Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev will make a four-day visit beginning Nov. 25. Foreign Ministry spokesman Deb Kumar Maitra announced the dates but declined to give details, saying they are still being worked out.
