Plane Passenger Injured in Accident on Runway

MIDDLE RIVER, Md. — A small plane hit a fuel truck on an airport runway Saturday, and a woman passenger in the plane was injured, police said. They said the pilot had stepped out to hand-start the propeller when the aircraft began to roll and struck the truck.
