12,000 Cars Moved to New Distribution Complex at Port

About 12,000 Nissan vehicles have been moved into a new $10-million processing complex located on an 85-acre site adjacent to the Port of Los Angeles.
The complex, at 500 Nissan Way, a part of the city of Los Angeles’ port modernization program, also includes the national headquarters for Distribution and Auto Service, a Nissan affiliate.
Los Angeles-based Archiplan designed the project. The contractor was Taisei-Pankow. subcontractors included POD Inc., landscape architects, and Gannett-Fleming, engineers.
