Vista Pacifica Homes Overlook Pacific Ocean

Vista Pacifica, a collection of 52 executive homes on a bluff overlooking the ocean, opens today in Rancho Palos Verdes.
The homes, built by T & T Construction, range from $530,000 to $600,000. Each of the two floor plans has about 4,600 square feet of space, four bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, a wet bar and at least three fireplaces. Some of the homes have a rumpus room.
A monthly homeowners fee of $130 helps maintain two community swimming pools, tennis courts, greenbelts and a small park. Move-ins are expected in 30 days.
One furnished model is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends at 6405 Vista Pacifica, reached from the westbound Hawthorne Boulevard exit of the San Diego (405) Freeway.
