Orange County Women’s Basketball Roundup : Fullerton Stumbles Against Undefeated Colorado

The Cal State Fullerton women’s basketball team lost Friday to Colorado, 77-51, in a nonconference game at Boulder. Gretchen DeWitt scored 24 points to lead Colorado (5-0). Erwin Carson added 11.

Fullerton (1-4) was led by Amy Torczon with 11 points and 5 rebounds. The Titans play Colorado State tonight at Ft. Collins.

Loyola Marymount 93, Southern California College 60--Delores Essinger scored 22 points for the Vanguards (3-5) in a nonconference game at Loyola. Lisa Terry had 11 points and 11 rebounds for SCC. Sylvia Bauer scored 21 points to lead Loyola (3-3). Amy Atkinson added 15 points and 17 rebounds.
