Indemnity Company Leases in Metroplex

Industrial Indemnity has signed a $12.5-million, 10-year lease for 50,000 square feet at the $42-million Metroplex Wilshire, at Normandie Avenue.
The developer of the property, the Irvine-based Business Properties Development Co., said the lease represents one of the largest recent transactions in the mid-Wilshire area. The Los Angeles regional headquarters of Industrial Indemnity, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crum Forester, is currently located at 505 S. Virgil Ave.
