Drama to Feature Travolta, Conti

John Travolta and Tom Conti are the first two stars signed for ABC’s planned series of one-hour dramas that will feature the work of acclaimed playwrights.
They will star in Harold Pinter’s “The Dumb Waiter,” which will go into production Feb. 21 in Montreal for airing later this season.
The play will be produced and directed by Robert Altman as the first of two dramatic projects he will do for the new ABC series.
