Heritage Center Is 41% Leased

The first phase of Heritage Corporate Center, a $47-million mixed-use office and industrial complex in Santa Fe Springs, has been completed and is 41% leased.
Southern California Gas Co. and ITT Corp. are among the firms that have taken 176,000 of the 433,000 square feet of the office and industrial space available in the first phase, according to developer O’Donnell, Brigham & Partners of Costa Mesa.
Construction of the second phase of the project, which will include additional office and industrial space and a child-care center, will begin by the end of this year.
