Former GOP Rep. George Hansen of Idaho, sent to prison for violating government ethics laws, was arrested by U.S. marshals at an Omaha airport for a parole violation and held overnight in a Nebraska jail, authorities said. The warrant was issued after Hansen violated the terms of his parole from a federal prison in Virginia by leaving the state several times, officials said. On Wednesday, Hansen had spoken at the Faith Baptist Church in Louisville, Neb., the church’s pastor said.
