Temple City : Gillanders is New Mayor

In its annual reorganization, the City Council has elected Kenneth Gillanders as mayor. Gillanders, who has served on the council since 1978, was mayor pro tem. He replaces Tom Atkins. The new mayor pro tem is Patrick Froehle.
