A man who allegedly was driving at speeds up to 100 m.p.h. when his car slammed into a wedding limousine was charged with manslaughter in the deaths of the bride, her husband and the best man. Vincent Laezza, 20, of Selden, N.Y., pleaded not guilty before Nassau County Court Judge Richard Delin and was released on $75,000 bail.
