Downtown Title Building Ready for New Tenants

The Title Guarantee Building in downtown Los Angeles, built in 193l, is welcoming a new set of tenants.
The 12-story building at 411 West 5th St. has undergone a $3.5 million remodeling program. It is the cornerstone of a 1.4-million-square-foot multi-use project scheduled by Houk Development Co. which will extend across the north end of Pershing Square, itself scheduled for a major revitalization.
