Hamilton Signs Ex-LSU Quarterback

HAMILTON, Ontario — Quarterback Allan Rischer, formerly of LSU, has signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, the CFL team announced.
Rischer was picked in the 15th round of the 1983 USFL draft by the Arizona Wranglers and was the team’s starting quarterback.
He has four years of pro experience, two with the Wranglers and two with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL, who picked him up in 1985.
