Violence on Southern California Freeways
While driving north on the Harbor Freeway last week, I noticed a commercially made sign in the window of a maroon Ford Mustang. In large white capital letters on a black field were the words “COME NEAR ME AND I’LL KILL YOU.”
I don’t know whether the message was intended as an invitation or a deterrent, but I’ll guarantee that some macho character will try to find out.
So Mustang owner, think about the lady that was sitting by your side as well as the passenger seated in back. Are you making them targets of some future mishap because of your stupid declaration?
