Los Angeles : Housing Discussed on TV

The August edition of Inside Community Issues, the cable-TV program presented by Councilwoman Joan Milke Flores, features an interview with Leila Gonzalez-Correa, executive director of the city’s Housing Authority.
Gonzalez-Correa discusses the agency’s efforts to improve city-run housing projects, including three in the harbor area.
The show also includes an interview with Greg Bombard, general manager of Catalina Express, which provides passenger boat service to Avalon and Two Harbors on Santa Catalina Island.
The shows airs on Channel 10 of Copley-Colony Harbor Cablevision at 6 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the month, and on Dimension Cable Service’s Channel 3 at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 19 and 26.
