A former mental patient who took over a KNBC television newscast at the point of a toy gun and threatened consumer reporter David Horowitz on Aug. 19 was ordered Thursday to stand trial on two felony charges. Gary Stollman, 34, will be tried on charges of commercial burglary and false imprisonment.
