Whittier : Transient Found Dead in Car

A 45-year-old man was found dead Friday morning in a car on the campus of Whittier College. Police say Jimmie Henderson apparently died of a drug overdose, although they will not have toxicological test results for several weeks. Authorities described Henderson as a transient whose last known address was in Whittier. Campus security officers found his body in the back seat of a 1970 Toyota in a parking lot next to the Student Services Building.
